These terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) are the terms and conditions upon which Bradhams Fantastic Flowers (“we/us”) makes this website (the “Bradhams Fantastic Flowers website) available to you and on which we provide our services for delivery of flowers and other products.
1.1 All products shown or described on the Bradhams Fantastic Flowers website are for local delivery only, not exceeding a 10 mile radius from St Albans city centre. See also section 4.1 regarding delivery.
1.2 All products are subject to availability, bearing in mind the seasonal nature of the produce, and finished bouquets and arrangements may differ from pictures seen on the website which serve as examples only.
1.3 Products may be delivered in bud to ensure longer life.
1.4 Some Bradhams Fantastic Flowers products may be harmful, toxic or poisonous, please contact us direct if you require further information before submitting an order calling 01727 648800.
1.5 Bradhams Fantastic Flowers are unable to accommodate same-day delivery, except in the case of special promotions with separate additional Terms.
1.6 Bradhams Fantastic Flowers reserves the right to change all or some of the contents or packaging for all requested floral arrangements and bouquets to provide an item of equal or greater value without notice.
1.7 In the event that we are unable to supply the Bradhams Fantastic Flowers product or any substitute product to you at all, we shall notify you as soon as is reasonably possible and shall reimburse your payment in full and in any event no later than 30 days after the intended delivery date.
2.1 At the time of publication of these Terms, delivery will be a minimum of 2 days after the date of the order. Bradhams Fantastic Flowers does however offer Free delivery within Hatfield and surrounding villages (including Welwyn Garden City, Brookmans Park and Potters Bar).
2.2 We reserve the right to change without notice, the price, or prices of any, or all products described on the Bradhams Fantastic Flowers website.
3.1 In order for us to deliver your requested bouquets on the date specified, we require complete, accurate details of the recipient, including a recognizable recipient name, address details, postcode and contact telephone number(s)
3.2 Your order will only be processed if full payment details are given. We accept payment by all major credit and debit cards.
3.3 If you are experiencing any problems processing your order / credit or debit card, please call us directly on 01727 648800.
3.4 Once we receive your order we will automatically send you an email confirming your order details. This e-mail shall be directed to the email address you supplied us upon registration / order placement.
3.5 By clicking the Proceed button on the order form, you are consenting to be bound by our Terms and Conditions.
3.6 There are no deliveries carried out on a Bank Holiday unless by special prior arrangement. Orders that are received on these days will be processed on the next available working day.
3.7 Incorrect details provided may lead to problems or delays, so before placing your order, please ensure that you have included the full correct address details, including accurate postcode of the intended recipient and your day time contact telephone number or mobile number and your e-mail address.
3.8 Changes to these terms and conditions may from time to time be made, the latest terms and conditions will be displayed on the Bradhams Fantastic Flowers website.
4.1 Bradhams Fantastic Flowers offers free hand delivery to Hatfield and surrounding towns/villages within a 3 mile radius.
4.2 Customers who request delivery beyond the 3 mile range specified in 4.1 will be advised of additional charges at the time of ordering. At the time of publication of these terms, Bradhams Fantastic Flowers is regrettably unable to offer any courier or relay service or postal flower delivery beyond a 10 mile radius of St Albans.
4.3 Flower deliveries can be made on Sundays providing that orders are placed online or by telephone by 6pm on the preceding Friday.
4.4 On delivery to certain locations where a third party recipient is involved, such as hospitals or care homes, Funeral Directors, wedding venues and other business locations, the signature of any person authorized to accept delivery on behalf of the organisation shall be accepted as proof of delivery to your chosen recipient.
4.5 Where the delivery driver is unable to find someone to accept delivery they will deliver to a neighbour, leave in a secure location or leave a card at the address for the recipient to make contact.
4.6 In the instance of there being further difficulties in delivering your order to the intended recipient we reserve the right to contact the recipient using the contact details you provide on the order form. If we are unable to reach the recipient and the difficulties persist, we reserve the right to contact you for further information or for an alternative delivery location.
5. Cancellation Policy
5.1 Orders for gift bouquets may be cancelled up until 12PM on the date prior to delivery.
5.2 Where the customer exercises their right to cancel, we will return their money to their account within 30 days of cancellation.
5.3 During Valentines, Mothers Day, Easter and Christmas periods we require 72 hours notice to change or amend delivery details.
5.4 To amend or cancel your order, please contact Bradhams Fantastic Flowers on 01727 648800 between 8:30am and 6:00pm Monday to Saturday. Outside of these hours please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
6. Statutory Rights
6.1 Bradhams Fantastic Flowers is fully committed to providing you with the best possible floral delivery service. If you are not satisfied in any way with the service that you have received please let us know by emailing email@example.com and your complaint will be investigated.
6.2 If we are satisfied that your complaint is genuine, a suitable replacement or refund may be given. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
7.1 Whilst we agree to use our reasonable endeavours to ensure that the Bradhams Fantastic Flowers Website is fully operational and error-free, we cannot guarantee that this will always be the case. We therefore accept no responsibility or liability for any defects or interruption of our service.
7.2 We shall be released from our obligations under these Terms and Conditions in light of any event beyond our reasonable control, (i.e.: acts of god, civil commotion, riot, flood, fire, drought) which renders the provision of the Bradhams Fantastic Flowers Site or Service impossible or impractical.
7.3 We exclude all liability for any claims, losses, demands and damages, including without limitation, any costs, loss of profits, loss of contracts or business opportunity, loss of data and any other consequential, incidental, special or punitive damages, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages, arising directly or indirectly out of or in any way connected with your use or inability to access the Bradhams Fantastic Flowers Website.
8.1 Bradhams Fantastic Flowers will never share our customers confidential personal information with any third parties without prior consent from the customer.
8.2 For all our transactions we employ the most current Internet security methods and technologies to ensure your details are totally secure. We password protect and use encryption techniques and install firewalls where appropriate.
8.3 While we strive to protect your personal information, no system can be 100% guaranteed. We cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information that you transmit to us.

8.5 Bradhams Fantastic Flowers does not store any customers payment details.
8.6 When Bradhams Fantastic Flowers accepts your order will your credit or debit card be authorised and debited accordingly. Details will be sent on your order confirmation shortly after you have placed your order.
9. Customer Service
9.1 We aim to acknowledge all queries within one working day, and deal with complaints fully within five working days.
9.3 Because of the perishable nature of flowers and in order to assist us in resolving any complaints quickly and to our mutual satisfaction, we advise you to make any complaint within 1 working day of the date of delivery or intended delivery of your purchase.

10.1 We reserve the right to supplement and amend the Terms and Conditions without notice. It is your responsibility as a customer to review the Terms and Conditions on each occasion you access the Bradhams Fantastic Flowers Service or Bradhams Fantastic Flowers Site. Changes will be effective 24 hours after the posting of any such change and all subsequent dealings between you and us shall be on the new terms and conditions.
10.2 Additionally, we reserve the right to suspend, restrict or terminate access to the Bradhams Fantastic Flowers Site and/or the Bradhams Fantastic Flowers Services for any reason at any time.
